نقطة من اول السطر: المحليات الإتجاه المعاكس

سؤال دوما يلح علي و اسأله لنفسي هل نحن فعلا نسير في اتجاه صحيح؟!.. وهل بالفعل نوابنا يعبرون عن المواطنين؟!.. وهل هم بالفعل خبراء في تخصصهم حتي يشرعوا قوانين وخاصة واننا نعاني من قوانين يشوبها العوار .
يتجه تكوين المحليات حاليا إلي وجود نسبة ٢٥٪ للشباب ، ٢٥٪ للمرأة الي جانب نسب لكل من ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة و المسيحيين، بخلاف العمال والفلاحين.بما يعني أننا نحتاج ل “ترزي” لكي يفصل اعضاء المجالس المحلية بخلاف تعيين المحافظ .
عزيزي القاريء السواد يغيم علي العديد من الطموحات وايضا الاحباط بات ساكنا داخل كل القيادات الطبيعية ياسادة البلد غير مؤهلة لذلك وخاصة واننا امام شباب يفتقد معظمه للتثقيف السياسي ، ولا يعي ماهي المحليات ودورها.
ياسادة اعملوا اولا علي ايجاد فرص عمل للشباب العاطل بدلا من أن يأتي شباب يأخذون من عضويتهم للمجلس المحلي وظيفة يتربحون منها ، ويزداد الفساد فسادا. اما اعضاء البرلمان الذين ينادون بالشباب الشباب فأقول لهم ،كفانا مهاترات وكفانا “كوتة” .. ياسادة ، قانون المحليات قانون عنصري، و طائفي أيضا ، يقسمنا علي اساس مسلم ومسيحي، رجل وامرأة فإلي اي حد تأخذنا سذاجة المشرع، و لماذا كل هذا الانحناء والانبطاح الذي يحدث ، كنا نظن اننا امام امال وطموحات تناسب ثورة قامت للقضاء علي الفساد .
‏عزيزي القاريء اننا امام اشكالية خطيرة وخاصة اننا ننادي بدولة المؤسسات التي يهدمها هذا القانون اما فلاسفة السياسة الذين يقولون تمثيل كل فئات الشعب داخل المجلس،فأقول لهم :من فضلكم، تنحوا قليلا عن المشهد، نحن نعلم فقط ان أساس اي مجالس نيابية ، هي اصوات مواطن ياتي بمن يريد ، اما الكوتة فهي” تقليعة” خائبة. السؤال هل فعلا قانون المحليات الجديد يقضي علي الفساد ام انه سيكون مصدرا للفساد؟ ففي الحقيقة اننا امام تخبط رهيب يؤكد اننا امام ظاهرة لا وجود لا احزاب وايضا لا وجود لمعارضة وهذا الشيء مخيف ومرعب وخاصة واننا امام تغيرات شاملة في قوانين النقابات وقانون المحليات بمعني اننا امام تغير جلد …في النهاية نحتاج لوجود احزاب قوية ونريد نقابات قوية ونريد معارضة تشارك اما القطب الواحد سوف يأخذنا الي الوراء كفانا تقاليع وكفانا كوتة . الناس ملت من قوانيين قد مررت دون دراسة نعم نحن في حاجة الي ناس بتحب البلد صح.
الخلاصة ،المحليات عصب العمل السياسي
لذا انا ارفع الفيتووووو ضد تلك القوانين سيئة السمعة.

A question I always ask myself: Are we really going in the right direction? Do our representatives really represent the citizens? Are they really experts in their specialization to legislate laws, especially since we suffer from laws that look like shame? And the local blind say that their composition tends to be composed of 25% of youth, 25% of women and people with special needs, Christians, unlike workers and peasants, I mean. Saying that, we want to tailor in order to dismiss the members of the local councils, other than appointing the governor, dear reader, the blackness clouds many ambitions, and also the frustration has become within all the natural leaders, gentlemen of the country, who are not qualified for this, especially since we are in front of young people who are not politically educated and do not understand what the localities are and their role, gentlemen. Job opportunities for the Awali youth, instead of what comes to us, young people take from their membership of the local council a job to profit from and corruption increases corruption. As for the parliament members who call for young youth, it is enough arguing, and enough is enough, gentlemen, the law of the localities is a racist law, and also a sectarian law that divides Muslim and Christian men and women. This bending and slouching that occurs from members we thought we were facing hopes and ambitions that fit a revolution that was launched to eradicate corruption, dear reader. We are facing a serious problem, especially as we call for the state of institutions destroyed by this law. As for the political philosophers who say the formation of all groups within the council, they avoided a little. We only know that there are citizen voices who come with whoever they want. As for the quota, a disappointing trend from the members of his country. The question is, does the new local law actually eliminate me? Corruption or will it be a source of corruption? In fact, we are facing a terrible confusion that confirms that we are facing a phenomenon where there are no parties and also no opposition, and this thing is frightening and terrifying, especially since we are facing comprehensive changes in the laws of unions and the law of localities, meaning that we are facing a serious change … In the end we need strong parties, we want strong unions, and we want an opposition that participates As for the unipolar one, it will take us back. Enough with the cliches. Enough with the quotas. Philosophers. People will be afraid of your laws. People have died from laws. You passed without studying. Yes, we need people who love the country right.
